汽油机横流冷却水套的优化设计研究
Research on the optimized design of transverse-flow cooling jacket of gasoline engine
【摘要】 针对某小型增压强化三缸汽油机,通过采用挡板结构设计出了新型的横流式冷却水套,以加强对缸盖鼻梁区的冷却。采用三维流动数值模型对初步设计的横流水套结构进行了计算分析,研究发现:整体横流水套的换热效果良好,但是横流冷却水套整体压力损失过大,缸体水套局部流速分布不均匀。针对上述问题,提出了包括增加水套进出水口高度、布置导流结构及调整缸垫水孔和挡水板处水口等水套结构优化方法。改进后的水套整体压力损失减小为40.9 kPa,各缸体上部冷却液流速分布更加均匀,从而为新型的横流式冷却水套的设计与应用提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new transverse-flow cooling jacket with water baffles is developed for a small strengthened threecylinder gasoline engine, in order to cool the value bridge area of the cylinder head. The preliminary structure of the water jacket is calculated and analyzed with the aid of the three-dimension numerical model. It is found that the heat transfer coefficient of the whole transverse-flow cooling jacket is desirable, but the pressure loss of the transverse-flow cooling jacket is quite large and the local flow velocity of the cylinder’s water jacket is not evenly distributed. In view of the above problems, such methods of structural optimization as increasing the height of the inlet and outlet of the water jacket, arranging the guide structures, adjusting the holes of gasket and water baffles, and so on are proposed. The pressure loss of the optimized jacket is reduced to 40.9 kPa. The coolant velocity of the upper part of each cylinder is more evenly distributed. These provide reference for the design and application of the new transverse-flow cooling jacket.
