超深井提升机制动盘热应力场数值分析研究
Numerical analysis on brake disc thermal-stress field of ultra-deep hoist
【摘要】 基于顺序耦合法和直接耦合法,对超深矿井提升机制动盘热应力数值计算相关的热载荷计算方法、有限元建模及分析流程进行了研究,并对超深矿井提升机紧急制动过程中制动盘的温度场和热应力场进行了数值模拟,获得了紧急制动工况下制动盘的温度场和热应力场及其变化规律。同时,从有限元建模、计算时间、收敛性及计算结果的准确性等方面对各计算方法进行了对比分析。结果表明:紧急制动工况下目标提升机制动盘的温度和热应力满足设计要求;在提升机制动盘热应力计算方面,直接耦合法优于顺序耦合法。
【Abstract】 With the aid of such methods as sequential coupling and direct coupling,research is conducted on the thermalload calculation,finite element modeling,and analysis process of the numerical calculation of the brake-disc thermal stress of ultra-deep hoist. The numerical simulation of temperature and thermal-stress fields is carried out in case of emergency braking,and the field values and their changing laws are obtained. Meanwhile,a comparative analysis on each calculation method is conducted from the perspectives of finite element modeling,computation time,convergence,and accuracy of calculation results. The results show that the temperature and thermal stress of the targeted brake disc reach the standards in the event of emergency braking,and for the thermal-stress calculation,the direct coupling method is superior to the sequential coupling method.
