复杂机电产品多层级模块化设计方法的研究与应用
Research and application on the multi-level module design for complex electromechanical products
【摘要】 针对复杂机电产品在模块划分中体现出的多层级特性进行分析研究,以各层级模块化特点切入:在系统层,整合单个或多个领域设备,构建模块化生产线和工厂;在整机层,架构以通用零组件和技术要素为基础的模块化产品平台,达成终端整机的多样化;在部件层,提出基于最小子集的模块划分与聚类方法,结合定性、定量手段聚类零部件;在零件层,对零件尺寸和结构特征单元进行合理化,实现模块信息的一体化管理。随后以E系列曝光机为研究对象,将多层级分析方法应用于该产品的模块化设计,在整机、部件、零件层应用上述系列方法进行实例验证,为复杂机电产品高效模块化解决方案的实现提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Due to the multi-level characteristics of complex electromechanical products in the module division, it is necessary to get a detailed picture of the module characteristics at different levels. At the system layer, the module production lines or module plants are established based on the integration of devices of a single field or multiple fields; at the machine layer, in order to ensure the diversification of the machine terminal, it is necessary to establish a modular product platform based on common components and technical elements; at the component layer, a method is proposed to classify and cluster the modules based on the smallest subset, by means of the qualitative and quantitative methods; at the part layer, the dimensions and structural features of the parts are rationalized, for the integrated management of module information. Then, a multi-level analysis is conducted on the module design of E series exposure machine, so as to verify the correctness of different methods adopted for the machine layer, component layer, and part layer. This provides a reference for the efficient module solutions targeted at complex electromechanical products.
