卧式加工中心床身结构特性分析及轻量化设计

【摘要】 以某型卧式加工中心床身为研究对象,利用有限元法对其进行静动态特性分析。为了达到减少质量的目的,以床身的壁厚及筋板的纵向、横向厚度作为设计参数,对其进行正交试验,利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行处理,得到床身的质量、最大变形量、最大应力和前4阶固有频率的响应面模型。然后,以床身质量最小为优化目标,以最大变形量、最大应力和前4阶固有频率保持不变为约束条件,利用逐步二次规划法对目标函数进行求解,完成尺寸的优化。优化结果表明,在床身静动态特性基本不变的情况下,床身质量减少了5.01%。

【Abstract】 A horizontal machining center bed is taken as the research object and the finite element method is used to analysis the static and dynamic characteristics. In order to achieve weight loss purposes, the bed wall thickness and the vertical and horizontal thickness of ribbed slab are selected as design parameters, an orthogonal test was carried out on the bed. The least square method is used to process the test data, the response surface model of the quality of the bed, maximum deformation and maximum stress and the first four order natural frequencies are gotten. Then, the quality of bed minimum is taken as the optimization objective, the maximum deformation and maximum stress and the first four order natural frequencies remain unchanged are taken as the constraint conditions, sequential quadratic programming algorithm is used to solve the objective function, and the optimization of size is completed. The optimization results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the bed basically is unchanged, the quality of the bed is reduced by 5.01%.
