渐开线花键副齿廓修形研究

【摘要】 基于有限元法对渐开线花键副齿廓修形进行了分析,研究了修鼓量与修鼓位置参数对花键副齿面接触压力分布的影响,并考虑了修鼓对花键副角向不对中的作用。研究结果表明:鼓形花键副齿面接触压力与接触长度均随着扭矩的增大而增大;花键副最大接触压力随着修鼓量和修鼓位置参数的增大均先减小后增大,使花键副最大接触压力最小的最优修鼓量随角向不对中量的增大而增大;适当的齿廓修鼓可以有效地减小花键副在角向不对中情况下齿面的最大接触压力和应力集中现象,改善齿面接触压力分布,减轻角向不对中带来的不良影响。

【Abstract】 This paper,based on finite element method,analyzed the profile modification of involute spline coupling,and investigated the effects of modified quantity and modified position,as well as considered the effect of profile modification on angular misalignment of involute spline coupling. The results show that: the contact pressure and contact length of modified spline coupling increases with the increase of applied torque. The maximum contact pressure first decreases and then increases when both of modified quantity and modified position increases,and the best modified quantity making the maximum contact pressure minimum increases with the increase of the amount of angular misalignment. The appropriate profile modification of involute spline coupling can effectively reduce the maximum contact pressure and the phenomena of concentrated contact stress,and improve the tooth surface contact pressure distribution,and mitigate the adverse effects caused by angular misalignment.
