【摘要】 为了解深化改革时期郑州城市建设用地空间演变特征,保障城市用地合理扩张,基于多时相遥感影像数据,采用多种模型方法分析了1990～2016年间郑州城市建设用地扩张的时空变化及其驱动因素。结果表明:(1) 2000年以前郑州城市建设用地扩张速率和贡献率均处于较低水平; 2000年以后处于快速扩张时期,扩张速率先上升后下降,扩张贡献率一直维持在较高水平;城市空间形态趋于简单但稳定性逐渐减弱。(2)城市空间扩张由蔓延式向跳跃式转变,呈明显的圈层格局;新增建设用地主要分布在距离市中心6～18 km处;扩张方向主要集中在东、西、南3个方向,城市重心向东转移888.2 m。(3) 2026年城市建设用地Logistic预测值为755 km2,结果较为可靠。(4)研究期内,市场经济的作用力呈现下降趋势,政策制度、全球化、社会发展和交通区位的作用力呈现上升趋势。最后提出合理行政干预、健全市场机制、进一步加强经济全球化和区域一体化发展的建议,以期优化城市空间结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the spatial evolution characteristics of urban construction land in Zhengzhou in the period of deepening reform,according to the data of multi-temporal remote sensing images,we analyzed the temporal and spatial variations of urban construction land expansion and its driving factors in Zhengzhou during 1990 ～ 2016 by using a variety of model methods.The results showed that:( 1) The urban construction land expansion rate and contribution rate in Zhengzhou were at a low level before 2000; after 2000,this city was in a period of urban construction land rapid expansion,the expansion rate increased first and then decreased,the contribution rate of expansion was maintained at a high level all the time,and the urban spatial form tended to be simple,but its stability was gradually weakened;( 2) The expansion of urban space changed from sprawl type to leap type,and it revealed an obvious circle pattern; the new construction lands were mainly distributed within the scope of 6 ～ 18 km away from the city center; the directions of expansion were mainly concentrated in the east,west and south,and the urban gravity center was shifted by 888. 2 m toward the east;( 3) In 2026,the Logistic predicted value of urban construction land was 755 km2,which was relatively reliable;( 4) In the study period,the force of the market economy exhibited a downward trend,while the forces of the policy,system,globalization,social development and transportation location revealed an upward trend. Finally,the author put forward the following suggestions for the optimization of urban spatial structure: conducting reasonable administrative intervention,perfecting market mechanism,and further strengthening economic globalization and regional integrated development.更多还原
