【摘要】 环介导等温扩增技术(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是广泛应用于病原物检测的核酸扩增技术,主要通过反应前后染料的颜色变化来判断检测结果,具有特异性强、操作简单和高效快捷等优点。LAMP技术所用染料、辅助剂的种类多样,适用条件和用量各不相同,若不合理使用则会抑制酶活性或造成假阳性。本文重点分析了不同染料、辅助剂对LAMP试验结果的影响,并总结了试验过程中假阳性的预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification( LAMP) is a nucleic acid amplification technology and has been widely applied in the detection of pathogens. This technology judges the test results of LAMP mainly by the color changes of the used dye before and after the reaction,and it has the advantages of high specificity,high efficiency,simple operation and rapid detection.Many kinds of dyes and additives are used for LAMP technology,they have different application conditions and dosages,and their unreasonable use may inhibit the enzyme activity or cause false positives. This paper mainly analyzed the effects of different dyes and addictives on LAMP results,and summarized the measures for false positives prevention in LAMP test.更多还原
