印度蔊菜(Rorippa indica)有丝分裂进程观察与核型分析

【摘要】 以印度蔊菜Rorippa indica (L.) Hiern的子房壁为材料,采用常规压片法观察了蔊菜体细胞染色体有丝分裂进程,并选取良好的中期分裂相进行了核型分析。结果表明:蔊菜核型为2A型,属于基本对称型;有丝分裂中期染色体核型公式为2n=48=12sm+28m+6M+2st;染色体绝对长度在1.19~2.41μm范围内,其中长度小于2μm的染色体占77%。

【Abstract】 The ovary wall of Rorippa indica( L.) Hiern was used as the experimental material,the mitosis process of chromosomes in somatic cells was observed by using the conventional squash technique,and the good metaphase phases were selected for karyotype analysis. The results showed that: the karyotype of R. indica was basically symmetrical 2 A type,and the karyotypic formula of metaphase chromosomes was 2 n = 48 = 12 sm+28 m+6 M+2 st; the absolute length of chromosomes was within the range of 1.19 ~ 2.41 μm,and the chromosomes with the length of less than 2 μm accounted for 77% of all chromosomes.
