接种AM菌对短序润楠幼苗生长及光合的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验法,分析接种AM菌对短序润楠(Machilus breviflora)幼苗生长发育和叶片光合作用的影响,拟为短序润楠苗木的快速繁育提供技术支撑。分别对接菌90 d,180 d和270 d后的苗木生长指标进行统计分析,结果表明:接种AM菌的幼苗苗高、地径、冠幅均比未接菌的对照组要好,苏格兰球囊霉和混合菌表现较优,随着时间的推移菌根促进效果越明显。接种菌根也促进了短序润楠幼苗叶片面积、主根长度和根系数量的增加以及生物量的积累;幼苗对菌根表现出较高的依赖性。幼苗在接菌后叶片光合作用得到增强,除地表球囊霉净光合速率略低于对照组外,接种其他菌的幼苗净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率均优于对照组。说明接种AM菌有利于促进短序润楠幼苗叶片的光合作用和根系发育,进而促进幼苗的生长。

【Abstract】 The effects of AM fungion for the growth and leaf photosynthesis of Machilus breviflora seedlings were studied. The purpose of this study is to provide technical support for the rapid propagation of M. breviflora seedlings. Statistical analysis of growth indexes of seedlings after 90 d, 180 d and 270 d, The results showed that ground diameter and crown width of AM fungion were better than CK. Glomus caledonium and mixed bacteria groups showed better performance, but in a long run the mycorrhizal group performed better than other groups. Inoculation of mycorrhizal also promoted the leaf areas, the length of the main root,quantity of roots, and the accumulation of biomass. The result showed that the growth of M. breviflora seedlings had an positive relationship with mycoorhiza. Photosynthesis was enhanced after inoculation with AM fungion, however, the photosynthesis of G.versiforme was slightly lower than that of control group, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, ntercellular CO2 content,and transpiration rate of the seedlings were better than CK. The results also showed that inoculation with AM fungion could promote the photosynthesis and root development of M. breviflora seedlings, and thus promote the growth of seedlings.
