湿地松扦插繁育技术研究

【摘要】 对湿地松扦插繁育技术进行研究,分析扦插方式、生根剂及其浓度和处理时长、扦插基质等因素对湿地松扦插生根成活的影响。结果表明:(1)湿地松容器扦插的成活率要显著高于苗床扦插;(2)不同生根剂类型及其浓度、扦插基质的湿地松扦插成活率均存在显著差异。5种生根剂中,采用IAA生根剂处理的湿地松扦插成活率均为最高。1 000 mg·L-1的生根剂处理插穗5 min的扦插成活率均高于其它4种浓度的同种生根剂处理插穗15 h的扦插成活率。用1 000 mg·L-1的IAA处理插穗基部5 min的扦插成活率高达97.5%。所以,湿地松扦插以1 000 mg·L-1的IAA浸插穗基部5 min的生根剂处理为佳;(3)不同基质的湿地松扦插成活率差异显著。4种基质M1、M2、M3、M4中,基质M4的扦插成活率、平均侧根数量和长度均为最高。

【Abstract】 Techniques of cutting propagation of Pinus elliottii were studied in this paper. And influence of cutting methods, rooting agents and its treatment methods, and cutting mediums on the survival rate of P. elliottii cuttings were analyzed. The results showed that the survival rate of container cutting was higher than that of seedling cutting. And there were significant differences of cutting survival rate among different rooting agents and its concentration. Among 5 types of rooting agents, the survival rate of P. elliottii cutting treated with IAA were the highest. And the survival rate of P. elliottii cutting treated 5 minutes with 1 000 mg·L-1 of rooting agents was higher than that of P. elliottii cutting treated 15 hours with other four concentration of rooting agents. The cutting survival rate of cuttings treated 5 minutes with 1 000 mg·L-1 of IAA was 97.5%. So, cuttings treated 5 minutes with 1 000 mg·L-1 of IAA was seen as the best treatment methods of rooting agents. Finally, there were significant differences of cutting survival rate among different cutting mediums. The cutting survival rate, quantity and length of lateral root of cutting medium M4 from medium M1, medium M2, medium M3 and medium M4 were the highest among all of cutting medium.
