铝合金梁中腹板剪切屈曲设计的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Web Shear Buckling Design for Aluminum Alloy Beam
【摘要】 文章对铝合金梁中可能出现的腹板剪切屈曲问题,通过有限元方法进行研究,分析了铝合金受剪板件的稳定性。利用之前已有的实验结论对有限元模型进行验证。分析了影响铝合金剪切屈曲的各种因素,给出了铝板剪切屈曲的临界屈曲强度和屈曲后强度的计算方式。结果表明公式得到的结果比较精确,适用在铝合金梁受剪板件设计的稳定。
【Abstract】 in this paper,the possible shear buckling of the web that may appear in the aluminum alloy beam is studied by the finite element method,and the stability of the shear plate of aluminum alloy is analyzed. The finite element model is verified by previous experimental conclusions. The factors affecting the shear buckling of aluminum alloy are analyzed,and the critical buckling strength and post buckling strength of aluminum plate are given. The results show that the results obtained by the formula are more accurate and suitable for the stability design of aluminum alloy beams.
