纳米SiO2强化阴/阳/非离子表面活性剂复配体系泡沫性能实验研究

【摘要】 以阳离子双子表面活性剂为主,通过阴/阳/非离子表面活性剂复配(阴/阳/非离子表面活性剂体积比为2∶1∶3),获得了低界面张力体系ANO(界面张力为1.1×10-2 mN/m)。在高矿化度(60000mg/LNaCl+2000mg/LCaCl2)条件下,研究了纳米SiO2对ANO界面张力与泡沫性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO2对ANO界面张力并未产生明显的协同效应,但对ANO泡沫性能产生了较大的影响;70℃下,0.005%的纳米SiO2显著增加了ANO的起泡稳泡性,在纳米SiO2浓度大于0.1%时,体系呈现起泡性下降,稳泡性上升的趋势;80℃时已无法测定ANO起泡稳泡性,在加入了0.2%浓度的纳米SiO2后,体系起泡高度为204mm,半衰期为35min。

【Abstract】 A low interfacial tension system ANO(the interfacial tension is 1.1×10-2 mN/m)was obtained by combining the anionic/cationic/nonionic surfactant(volume ratio is 2∶1∶3).Under the condition of high salinity(60000 mg/L NaCl+2000 mg/LCaCl2),the effect of nano-SiO2 on the interfacial tension and foam properties of ANO was studied.The results show that nano-SiO2 does not produce obvious synergistic effect on ANO interfacial tension,but has a great influence on ANO foam performance;At 70℃,0.005% nano-SiO2 significantly increased the foam ability and foam stability of ANO.When the concentration of nano-SiO2 was more than 0.1%,the system showed a decrease in foaming ability and a tendency to increase foam stability.At the temperature of 80℃,foaming ability and foaming stability can not be measured ANO,after adding 0.2% concentration of nano-SiO2,foaming height of the compounded system is 204 mm,half-life is 35 min.
