蔗糖过渡层对离子液体前驱体制备碳基薄膜的影响
Effect of Pyrolysis Temperature on Carbon-based Films Prepared by Ionic Liquid Precursor
【摘要】 利用离子液体前驱体热解工艺,选取Al2O3作为基体制备了碳基薄膜,对比了含有蔗糖过渡层的碳基薄膜与不含过渡层的碳基薄膜的表面形貌、结构特征,以及摩擦学性能差异,探究了使用蔗糖制备过渡层的可行性,及蔗糖过渡层对离子液体前驱体制备所得碳基薄膜性能的影响。利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对碳基薄膜的结构和表面形貌进行了分析,利用划痕仪对不同薄膜间膜基结合力进行了测试,并对薄膜的摩擦学性能进行了考察。结果表明,蔗糖过渡层可有效提高膜基间的结合力。
【Abstract】 Based on the pyrolysis technology of ionic liquid precursor, the carbon film is prepared on Al2 O3 substrate. The surface morphology, structure and tribological properties of carbon-based films containing the interlayer of sucrose are compared with those of carbon-based films with no transitional layer. The feasibility of using sucrose to prepare the transition layer is explored. The effect of sucrose inter layer on the properties of the carbon films prepared by the precursor of ionic liquids is studied. The structure and surface morphology of carbon films are analyzed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the adhesion of different films is tested by scratch apparatus. The tribological properties of films are investigated. The results shows that the binding force between the membranes can be improved effectively by the sucrose interlayer.
