基于FLUENT的流量控制工具阀的仿真研究
Research on the Simulation of Inflow Control Valve Based on FLUENT
【摘要】 流量控制工具阀通过流体黏度的变化来控制阀门开度,通过碟片相对出口的位置来控制流量控制工具阀的流量大小。通过CATIA简化内流通道三维建模,利用ANSYS ICEM CFD网格划分,导入FLUENT中,模拟仿真来确定其收敛准则,利用其中的求解器对流量控制工具阀稳态性能进行仿真分析。设定不同的流体黏度、流量控制工具阀开度以及结构参数等输入条件,仿真分析获得相应的流场压力、流量大小和黏度适应范围等结果,通过分析流量控制工具阀内流场,验证了流量控制工具阀具有较好的控水增油的效果,以及进一步增强流量控制工具阀的黏度适应性和自适应控制效果。
【Abstract】 The inflow control valve can control the valve opening with the changes in the viscosity of the fluid.The floating disc tends to close in low viscosity fluid,and the floating disc tends to open in high viscosity fluid,so as to achieve water control and oil increasing.The inflow control valve which mainly includes floating disc,a base,a valve body and the inner set,can control the flow rate by the location of the disc relative to the outlet.The 3D modeling of the inflow channel is simplified by CATIA,the mesh is divided by ANSYS ICEM CFD,the model is imported into FLUENT,the simulation is used to determine the convergence criterion,and the solver is used to simulate the steady state performance of the inflow control valve.By setting different viscosity of the fluid,the opening of the inflow control valve and the structural parameters,we obtain the results of flow stress,flow rate and viscosity range.By analyzing the flow field in the inflow control valve,it is verified that the inflow control valve can control water and increase oil.The viscosity adaptability and adaptive control effect of the control valve are enhanced.
