汽轮机径向间隙影响因素及敏感性分析
Influencing Factors and Sensitivity Analysis of Steam Turbine Radial Clearance
【摘要】 汽轮机的径向间隙包括轴封间隙以及叶顶汽封间隙,如果间隙过小,则会引起动静碰磨,使机组振动过大;如果间隙过大,则会影响机组的运行效率,因此合理地设置径向间隙是非常必要的。文中总结了径向间隙计算过程中的影响因素,并对影响因素进行了敏感性分析。通过分析可以看出:轴承座热膨胀导致的转子抬升,轴承箱热膨胀导致的汽缸抬升,以及上下半缸的温差导致的膨胀不均,都会对汽轮机运行时的径向间隙产生很大影响。
【Abstract】 The radial clearance of a steam turbine includes the shaft seal gap and the tip seal gap. If the gap is too small, it will cause static and dynamic rubbing, which will make the unit vibrate too much. If the gap is too large, it will affect the unit’s operating efficiency. It is necessary to set the radial clearance reasonably. The influencing factors in the calculation of radial clearance are summarized in this paper, and the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors is carried out. It can be seen from the analysis that the rotor lift caused by the thermal expansion of the bearing housing, the cylinder lift caused by the thermal expansion of the bearing housing and the uneven expansion caused by the temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders have a great influence on the radial clearance of the turbine during operation.
