火车车轴悬臂弯曲试验机有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Cantilever Bending Tester of Train Axle
【摘要】 为了分析火车车轴的弯曲性能,对车轴臂弯曲试验机进行设计,并针对试验机的疲劳寿命进行了预测。建立车轴悬臂弯曲试验机的模型,选择合适的有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件模拟试验过程。介绍了悬臂弯曲试验机设计结构、所采用的疲劳理论和有限元分析的基本过程,并针对所得到的模拟结果进行分析,预测试验机的寿命。由分析结果可知,该车轴悬臂弯曲试验机应力和应变较小,所预测的疲劳寿命可以达到试验需求。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the bending performance of train axles, an axle cantilever bending tester is designed. The fatigue life of the test machine is predicted. The model of the axle cantilever bending tester is established, the appropriate finite element method is selected, and the ANSYS software is used to simulate the test process. The design of cantilever bending tester, the fatigue theory and the basic process of finite element analysis are introduced. The simulation results are analyzed to predict the life of the tester. According to the analysis results, the axle cantilever bending tester has less stress and strain, and the predicted fatigue life can meet the test requirements.
