基于机器视觉的校园车辆出入管理系统设计

【摘要】 车牌识别系统是一种新型的服务模式,其利用机器视觉技术对进出的车辆进行识别并且自动放行,实现车辆管理的智能化、无人化。文中提出了一种基于机器视觉的校园车辆出入管理方式,通过视觉对车辆进行识别,相比刷卡和纸票介质这种传统的管理方式,能够实现无障碍不停车出入,大大提高了车辆管理的效率,节省了人力资源。该设计软件部分主要利用LabVIEW进行编写,图像处理算法和数据库利用的是LabVIEW中专门的VISION工具包和Database工具包进行编写,控制部分采用Arduino控制器。

【Abstract】 License plate recognition system is a new type of service mode, in which machine vision technology is used to recognize and auto-release the vehicles to achieve intelligent and unmanned vehicle management. This paper proposes a campus vehicle access management based on machine vision. Through visual recognition of vehicles, it is possible to realize barrier-free non-stop access and greatly improve vehicle management. Compared with traditional management methods such as credit card and paper ticket media, recognizing vehicles with machine vision can not only achieve barrier free access and high efficiency of vehicles management, but also save many manpower. The design contains two parts: software part and the control part. The software part uses LabVIEW mainly, and the image processing algorithm and the database are programmed using VISION and Database tool kit. The control part applies Arduino controller.
