轻载型电动载物爬楼机

【摘要】 为了解决老户型无电梯小区搬运大件物品不便的问题,设计了基于滑块机构电助力爬楼机,采用曲柄滑块机构作为助力爬楼机的主要运动机构,以24 V锂电池及减速电机作为爬楼机的动力提供和动力输出机构。通过UG软件的motion进行滑块导路倾角的优化分析,模拟出滑块在运动过程中最低点与最高点之间的距离差为17.674 cm,表明爬楼车的运动满足我国建筑楼梯模数协调标准,物理样机的实验也验证了这一点;通过ANSYS分析,表明小车爬楼运动过程中强度满足受力要求,爬楼机可在楼梯上平稳运行,爬楼过程中的安全性和可靠性将通过机械结构做保障。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that large items are not convenient to be carried under the condition without elevator,an electric auxiliary stair climbing machine based on the slider-crank mechanism is designed,in which 24 V lithium battery is used as the power supply and a decelerating motor is used as power output mechanism of the stair climbing machine. The optimization of slider guide inclination is analyzed by using motion of UG software. Through the experiment of the physical prototype,the distance difference between the slider movement between the highest point and the lowest point is 17. 674 cm,which meets the coordination standard of the building staircase module of our country. The analysis of ANSYS shows that the strength meets the stress requirements during the movement of the stair climbing machine,the stair climbing machine can run smoothly on the stairs,the safety and reliability of the stair climbing process will be ensured through the mechanical structure.
