【摘要】 目的:介绍1例MDT模式下的高危妊娠产妇的救治案例。方法:该案例是在妇产科、泌尿科、麻醉科、输血科以及重症监护室、介入科等科室的共同参与下,在医务处等职能科室的协调指挥下,开展MDT救治模式。结果:该案例以MDT模式救治高危二胎产妇,MDT救治团队奋战历时12个小时,手术结束患者生命体征趋于平稳,术后恢复和心理状态良好,两周后予以出院。结论:通过MDT模式来进行高危妊娠的诊治是可行且有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce one case of high-risk pregnancy patient rescued by the mode of MDT. Method:The case is the joint participation of the departments of multiple disciplines,including Gynaecologyand Obstetrics,Urology,Anaesthesiology,Blood Bank,ICU and Interventional Radiologand, and coordinated by functional departments such as the Medical Department. Results:After 12 hours of efforts by the multi-disciplinary team,the life of the high-risk patient with her second pregnancy was successfully saved.After the operation,the patient was in stable vital signs,and she recovered with good psychological state and was discharged two weeks later. Conclusions:It is feasible and effective to apply MDT approach in attending high-risk pregnancy patients.更多还原
