【Abstract】 Based on the concept of micro communication and the new normal of mobile readers,the paper expounds the feasibility of developing reader’s information literacy by the university library through the micro communication service. Studying the pushed content by Wechat and micro-blog platform,aiming at the current situation and development bottleneck of developing reader’s information literacy through the micro communication service,it is proposed that the university library should establish and perfect the micro communication service mechanism in the aspects of team building,content integration and promotion and so on.更多还原
