钢筋骨架增强的碎石融冰功能层融冰效果研究
Research on Ice Melting Effect of Crushed Stone Function Layer with Reinforced Steel Frame
【摘要】 钢筋骨架增强的碎石融冰功能层是在桥面铺装结构内部铺设一层导电骨料作为融冰功能层,通过钢筋网格束缚导电骨料,对导电骨料层导电加热从而提高沥青铺装层温度,达到融冰效果.为充分研究融冰功能层的融冰效果,在室内成型了含有融冰功能层桥面铺装结构试件,并进行加热融冰实验,研究了各类导电骨料的导电性能、加热功率与沥青层厚度等因素对路面融冰效果的影响,得知铁矿石是较好的导电骨料,密级配沥青混合料上覆层有利于融冰效果,同时上覆层厚度对应融冰效果有较大的影响.
【Abstract】 The reinforced framework reinforced macadam ice-melting functional layer is to lay a layer of conductive aggregate as the ice-melting functional layer inside the bridge deck pavement structure.The conductive aggregate is bound by the steel grid,and the conductive aggregate layer is electrically heated so as to increase the temperature of the asphalt pavement layer and achieve the ice melting effect.In order to fully study the ice-melting effect of the ice-melting functional layer,a bridge deck pavement structure specimen containing the ice-melting functional layer was formed indoors.In addition,a heating and ice melting experiment was carried out to study the influence of conductive properties of various conductive aggregates,heating power and asphalt layer thickness on the ice melting effect of pavement.The results show that iron ore is a good conductive aggregate,and the top coating of dense graded asphalt mixture is beneficial to the ice melting effect,and the thickness of the top coating has a great influence on the ice melting effect.
