基于前景理论的机动车路内停车行为研究

【摘要】 路内停车收费价格的调整将对路内停车位使用者的出行行为带来一定的影响。针对南宁市路内停车费调整政策的实施,通过对路内停车使用者的问卷调查,主要研究了停车价格对停车者的出行选择的影响。分析了调查对象的多种停车特征,包括停车费用调整后的停车时长预期、停车费用预期、步行到达目的地时间预期等方面,并基于调查数据引入前景理论研究了以停车时长和停车费用为基准的价值函数,建立了价值函数曲线并进行相应参数的估计。并该价值函数整合进多项Logit模型,以对公交出行的影响为例研究了路内停车收费价格调整对路内停车使用者出行行为的影响。结果显示,路内停车收费价格的调整对路内停车位使用者的公交出行行为有明显的影响。研究表明,前景理论可以较好地反映停车价格变化对路内停车使用者的行为影响。

【Abstract】 Adjustment of parking fee has certain effects on travel behaviors of users of on-street parking spaces.Based on a survey in Nanning,this study investigates its influences after implementing a new policy on parking fee.The characteristics of parking behaviors are analyzed in terms of expected parking time,parking fee,and walking time from parking space to travel destinations.Prospect theory is used to establish and calibrate a value function while parking time and parking fee are selected as reference points.Further,the value function is integrated into a Multi-Nominal Logit(MNL)model that aims to study effects of parking fee on travel behaviors.A case of using public transport is studied.The results show that the adjustment of on-street parking fee has significant influences on on-street parking space users who also using public transport.Prospect theory can reflect changes of travel behaviors after the adjustment of parking fee.
