城区桥梁施工期交通组织设计与优化——以浦南运河桥为例

【摘要】 以上海市奉贤区浦南运河桥为例,分析桥梁施工对城区交通运营的影响。采用Synchro仿真软件、信号配时优化算法评价交通组织方案。根据仿真结果对路网服务水平及延误时间进行评价。结果表明,公交车不绕行社会车辆绕行方案相对于公交车半绕行社会车辆绕行方案,早晚高峰平均延误较少,道路服务水平降低值较小,并据此建立动态综合安全评价模型。最终建议选取对周围路网服务水平影响较小、延误水平较低的公交车辆不绕行社会车辆绕行方案。

【Abstract】 Punan Canal Bridge in Fengxian District,Shanghai is taken as a case study to analyze influences of bridge construction on urban traffic operation.Synchro simulation software and an algorithm of signal timing optimization are used to evaluate programs of traffic organization.The level of service and time of delay in road networks are evaluated.The results show that the program in which buses are not detouring while social vehicles are detouring is better than the one in which bus and social vehicles are both detouring.The average delay is less in the morning and evening peaks,and the reduction of level of service is small.Based on these results,a model is developed to evaluate dynamic comprehensive safety.The program in which buses are not detouring and social vehicles are detouring is chosen for its influences of level of service on surrounding road networks is smaller and delay time is less.
