超支化聚氨酯用三聚氰胺的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Melamine for Hyperbranched Polyurethane
【摘要】 本文以异佛尔酮异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯(PCDL)、三聚氰胺为原料,采用A2+B3法合成了超支化聚氨酯(HBPU),并对其热稳定性进行研究。通过红外光谱,热重分析和差示扫描量热分析进行测试与表征。结果表明,相对于线性聚氨酯(LPU),HBPU产物具有良好的热稳定性以及较高的Tg。
【Abstract】 In this paper,isophoroneisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate diol(PCDL) and melamine were used to synthesize hyperbranched polyurethane(HBPU) via A2+B3 polymerization method,and to study its thermal stability.The target product were characterizatized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results showed that HBPUhave better thermal stability and higher Tgthan the linear polyurethane(LPU).
