【摘要】 [目的]深入探讨急诊护士灾害救援的意愿,为进一步理解急诊护士的感受,从而为提高急诊护士关于灾害救援的意愿奠定基础。[方法]运用质性研究方法,对15名急诊护士关于灾害救援的意愿进行深入访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。[结果]急诊护士愿意参加灾害救援,主题可归纳为具备专业自救能力和专业救助他人的能力、灾害救援是专业职责、希望有现场救援和更多灾害学习的经验。[结论]急诊护士参加灾害救援意愿较高,但需要针对性开展灾害救援培训、心理辅导及保障体系建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To deeply discuss the willingness of emergency nurses for disaster assistance,and to provide a basis for further understanding the feelings of emergency nurses and increase the willingness of emergency nurses for disaster assistance.Methods:A qualitative research method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 emergency nurses on the willingness for disaster assistance.The phenomenological analysis was used for data analysis.Results:Emergency nurses were willing to participate in disaster assistance.The themes could be summarized as having professional self-rescue capability and professional ability to help others.Disaster assistance was a professional responsibility.Conclusions:Emergency nurses had a high willingness to participate in disaster assistance,while they need to carry out specific disaster assistance training,psychological counseling and the establishment of security systems.更多还原
