碳化硅陶瓷钻孔中钎焊金刚石刀具的磨损实验研究
Experimental Study on the Wear of Diamond Cutting Tools in the Drilling of Silicon Carbide Ceramics
【摘要】 碳化硅陶瓷硬度高,强度大,断裂韧性低,加工困难,因此在加工过程中刀具磨损严重。为了提高刀具的钻削效率,延长刀具的使用寿命,采用钎焊金刚石刀具钻削碳化硅陶瓷来进行实验研究。首先,分析主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度对刀具磨损的影响规律。然后,通过正交实验分析各因素对刀具磨损的影响大小,确定合理的钻削工艺参数。最后,通过单因素实验研究金刚石粒度和钎料种类对刀具磨损的影响,选择适当的粒度、钎料及工艺参数,延长刀具的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 Silicon carbide ceramics with high hardness,high strength,low fracture toughness and difficult processing,so the wears of tool in the process is very serious. In order to improve the drilling efficiency of tool and prolong the service life of tool,brazing diamond tool was used to drill the silicon carbide ceramics for experimental study.Firstly,the influence rules of spindle speed,feed speed and cutting depth on the wear of diamond cutter was researched;then,the orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the influence of various factors on wear of diamond cutter and determine the optimal combination of process parameters;Finally,the effects of diamond particle size and solder type on tool wear were investigated through single factor experiments and the appropriate particle size,solder and process parameters were selected to prolong the service life of tool.
