小井眼侧钻冲击器力学性能分析
Mechanical Performances Analysis of Impactor in Slim-Hole Sidetracking
【摘要】 通过分析小井眼侧钻工况下冲击器运动过程,建立了冲击器动力学模型。并介绍了一种小井眼侧钻用控流式液动射流冲击器,然后以该冲击器各参数为基础运用所建立的力学模型编制了仿真程序。通过仿真分析得到以下结果:获得在不同泵量与活塞直径下冲击器的冲击功、冲击末速度和频率的变化规律,得到该冲击器的冲击功范围是(187~332)J,当活塞直径为35.6mm时冲击功最大。研究结果为小井眼侧钻井用液动射流冲击器的设计提供了指导。
【Abstract】 Through analysis the movement process of impactor in the condition of slim-hole sidetracking,the dynamical model of impactor was set up. And introducing a kind of hydraulic jet impactor with flowcontrolled,which is used in slim-hole tracking,then through the established mechanical model compile a simulation program on the basis of the parameters of the impactor. The simulation analyses results prove that the changing rule of impact energy,impact velocity and frequency on the condition of different flowand piston diameter,also proving that the impact energy of the impactor is between(187~332)J,the impact energy is the largest,when the piston diameter is 35.6 mm. The results will help guide the design of hydraulic jet impactor used in slim-hole sidetracking.
