汽车底盘测功机加载力控制仿真研究
The Research on Control Simulation of Vehicle Chassis Dynamometer Loading Force
【摘要】 分别对汽车在实际路面与在底盘测功机上所受阻力进行分析,建立了汽车底盘测功机电模拟模型,根据电涡流测功器的特性,设计转速电流双闭环控制、自适应模糊控制和反馈预测补偿解耦控制算法,采用基于模型的方法,使用Simulink/simpowersystems对系统建模,通过对该系统在给定扭矩下的响应进行分析,可知所设计控制算法的控制效果良好,同时依据自动代码生成流程对控制策略模型进行自动代码生成与验证,生成代码能实现模型的功能,满足底盘测功机对控制品质的要求。
【Abstract】 Respectively for cars in actual road and on the chassis dynamometer resistance were analyzed and the automobile chassis dynamometer electric simulation model is established,according to the characteristics of eddy current dynamometer,design speed current double closed loop control,adaptive fuzzy control and feedback predictive compensation decoupling control algorithm,Adopting the method of model,using Simulink/simpowersystems for system modeling,Through the response under the given torque are analyzed,the designed control strategy has good control effect. At the same time,the control strategy model for automatic code generation and validation on the basis of automatic code generation process,the generated code can realize the function of the model; meet the requirements of chassis dynamometer on control quality.
