【摘要】 传统经纬仪主镜支撑主要利用侧支撑和底支撑共同支撑的方法,该种方法支撑结构复杂,装调过程繁琐时间周期较长,为了克服传统方法的缺陷,提出了全新的利用单芯轴支撑的方法。对单芯轴支撑方法的主镜结构,轻量化方式,支撑结构,面形精度(RMS)等进行分析,判断单芯轴支撑方法的可行性。首先制定了指标要求并且详细分析了传统方法的缺点产生的具体原因,接着根据指标质量及工程中光学设备所用胶合剂参数计算主镜的极限值胶粘面积。然后通过改变主镜结构参数,分析选用参数(加强筋个数,加强筋厚度,镜面厚度)与面形精度之间的关系,分析各种情况下的主镜镜面变形原因得出变形云图并针对性的修改主镜结构参数直至满足指标要求得到满足单芯轴支撑结构的主镜形式。最后,得出最终主镜形式及支撑结构形式。最终获得轻量化率为26.0%,光轴竖直时镜面面形精度RMSV=6.24nm(λ/101,λ=632.8nm),光轴水平时为RMSH=11.25nm(λ/56)的主镜轻量化结构。主镜结构设计满足指标要求,单芯轴支撑方法可行。

【Abstract】 Traditional theodolite primary mirror support using mainly bottom-side support method,which is a kind of complex and cumbersome support method structure considering the longer period of assemblage and alignment process. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods,propose a new single spindle support method. After analyze method for single spindle support in structure of the primary mirror,lightweight way,the support structure,surface accuracy judging by Root-Mean-Square(RMS),determine feasibility for single spindle support methods. First,make the requirements and indicators and a detailed analysis reason of the shortcomings of traditional method,then calculate the limits of the glue area of primary mirror according to the parameter of optical glue and the mirror mass. Then by changing the structural parameters of the primary mirror,study the relationship between the parameters(form of strengthening ribs and the number of ribs,rib thickness,the thickness of the mirror plane)and the surface accuracy.Find the reason of displacement in the plane of primary mirror thought the displacement contour of the primary mirror,and reform the mirror by exploring the reason from the contour until the primary mirror forms meet the requirements to obtain single spindle support structure. Finally,decide the final form of the primary mirror and form of the support structure. At last,get the primary mirror with 26.0% weight reduction,RMSV= 6.24 nm(λ/101,λ=632.8 nm)with the axis vertical and RMSH=11.25 nm(λ/56)with the axis horizontal. Primary mirror structure design meet the target,and single spindle support feasible.
