考虑刚柔耦合特性的SUV控制臂强度分析
Strength Analysis of the SUV Control Arm Consider Rigid-Flexible Coupling Characteristic
【摘要】 针对企业某SUV控制臂强度能否满足使用要求的问题,以其麦弗逊前悬架控制臂为研究对象,运用HyperMesh建立了控制臂有限元模型。针对4种不同工况下的载荷边界条件,建立了以控制臂为柔性体的刚柔耦合的麦弗逊悬架动力学模型,将建立的悬架模型进行运动学仿真与实车K&C测试数据对比验证了悬架模型正确性,通过施加各个工况下的轮胎接地力进行静载仿真分析确定了控制臂载荷输入,应用惯性释放法对控制臂进行了强度分析,为验证和改进控制臂的结构提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 To make the SUV control arm strength to meet the requirements of the enterprises,take the control arm of the front macpherson suspension as a research object,the finite element model of the control arm was established by Hyper Mesh.Aiming at four kinds of different load boundary conditions,the control arm was regarded as a flexible body and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the macpherson suspension was established,the kinematic simulation and the real vehicle K&C data was compared to verify the correctness of the model,the load input of the control arm was determined by applying the tire contact force of each different condition to static load simulation,the inertia relief method was applied to analyze the strength of the control arm,providing a theoretical basis to verify and improve the structure of the control arm.
