双齿辊破碎机破碎力及相位前移研究
Study on Crash Force and Phase Forward of Double Toothed Roller Crusher
【摘要】 首先,将前苏联专家总结的采煤机截割阻力公式引入到双齿辊破碎机中,并得出了物料颗粒在瞬态稳定支承条件下的截割力与支承反力相平衡的关系,推导出了具有物料颗粒随机离散特性的广义破碎力表达式;然后,讨论了基于生产能力的物料颗粒随机离散特性,给出了满足D3分布的颗粒容重递推公式及区间颗粒数表达式;其次,分析了截割颗粒物料的时间脉冲载荷概率系数,着重讨论了在瞬时稳定支承及双弓厚截割条件下的细颗粒物料破碎的相位前移,以及与生产能力和功耗的关系;最后,给出了具有颗粒物料随机离散特性的脉冲载荷的矩阵表达式。对研究开发细颗粒物料破碎机具有重要理论意义和实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 Firstly,the shearer cutting resistance formulaconcluded by the Soviet Union expertsis introduced to the double-toothed roll crusher,and the balance relationship between the cutting force and the support reaction force of material particles under the condition of transient stability supporting is obtained. The crushing force expression for particle with stochastic discrete characteristics is deduced. Secondly,the random discrete characteristic of material particles based on production capacity is discussed; the recursive formula of particle bulk density and expression of interval particle number under the condition of D3 distribution is presented. Thirdly,the probability factor of time pulse load of cutting particle material is analyzedand the phase forward of fine particulate material crushing under the conditions of transient stability supporting; and double arch thickness cutting,and its relationship with the production capacity and power are emphasized. Lastly,the matrix expression of the impulsive load with th e random discrete characteristics of granular materials is presented. It has important theoretical significance and practical application value for the research and development of fine particle material crusher.
