【摘要】 基于WLAN开发了港口机械设备远程监控系统,主要包括数据采集处理、健康监测、网络通信和人机交互模块。具有港口机械设备运行状态监测、数据分析、健康预警、剩余寿命预测和故障实时报警等功能,能够通过有线局域网和无线局域网实时监控港口机械设备运行状态和健康情况,实现了港口机械设备的远程集中监测管理,并基于雨流计数法和累计损伤理论,建立了港口机械结构健康水平评价和剩余寿命预测方法。应用现场测试结果表明,该系统人机交互界面友好,数据传输稳定,分析算法准确。

【Abstract】 A remote monitoring system of port machinery is developed base on WLA N,mainly consists of data collection and processing,Health monitoring,network communications and human-computer interaction modules.The system has many functions,such as running status monitoring for the machinery,data analysis,health warning,residual life prediction and real-time fault alarm,etc. It can real-time monitor the running status and health situation of the port machinery by the wired LAN and wireless LAN,thus the remote centralized monitoring and management of port machinery are realized. Based on the rain flow counting method and the cumulative damage theory,the structure health evaluation and residual life prediction method of port machinery are established.With its application in the field test,results show that the system owns friendly man-machine interface,stable data transmission and accurate analysis algorithm.
