压气机性能评估方法及其对△EGT的影响研究
Research on Performance Evaluation Method of Compressor and Its Impact on △EGT
【摘要】 针对大修后单元体性能评估的需求,通过计算单元体效率衰退量和流通能力衰退量实现压气机性能评估。依据热力学原理采用发动机试车数据中压气机进出口总参数计算多变过程下压气机效率;基于单元体性能衰退对测量参数影响的小偏差系数矩阵,通过敏感性分析、相关性分析选择受压气机流通能力衰退影响较大的参数,建立压气机流量计算模型;基于最小二乘法建立单元体效率、流通能力衰退量对贡献率模型;使用均方根误差检验模型精度,验证了所提出的压气机流量计算模型和贡献率模型的准确性,为单元体的性能评估提供参考。
【Abstract】 According to the demand of unit performance evaluation after overhaul,the compressor performance evaluation is realized by calculating unit volume efficiency decline and flow capacity decline. Based on the principle of thermodynamics,the compressor efficiency with polytropic process is calculated by using the total parameters of the compressor inlet and outlet in the engine test data. Based on the Small deviation coefficient matrix of effect of unit performance degradation on measurement parameters. Using sensitivity analysis and correlation analysis to select the parameters which influenced by compressor flow capacity decline heavy then establish compressor flow calculation model. Based on the least square method to establish the unit efficiency and flow capacity of the decline in the amount of contribution rate model. The accuracy of the model is verified by using the root mean square error,which verifies the accuracy of the compressor flow calculation model and thecontribution rate model,which provides reference for the evaluation of the unit’s performance.
