塑料斜齿轮成型差动旋转脱模机构的创新设计
Innovative Design of Differential Driven Rotary Ejection Mechanism for Plastic Helical Gear Molding
【摘要】 塑料斜齿轮的注射成型因其齿线为螺旋线、齿形带有一定角度的螺旋角使得无法采用常规的推出方式实现塑件脱模。针对塑料斜齿轮成型模具的设计开发要求,介绍了套管与平面推力轴承相结合使斜齿轮塑件旋转的单联塑料斜齿轮二级差动脱模机构,避免了齿形型腔旋转而造成的摩擦磨损;以及推管、推杆和向心推力轴承相结合使齿形型腔旋转的双联斜齿轮成型差动脱模机构,有效解决了两个斜齿轮型腔旋转方向不一致或旋转速度差异而导致的干扰问题。
【Abstract】 Because its gear line is in a spiral line,its tooth band has a certain degree of the spiral angle,the plastic helical gear injection molding is impossible to use the conventional way to achieve the introduction of plastic mold ejection. In view of the development and design requirements of plastic helical gear molding mould,It has introduced a single joint plastic helical gear secondary stage differential stripping mechanismwith a casing and plane thrust bearingto make the helical gear plastic parts rotation,which has avoid frictional wear caused by rotation of the tooth cavity;and the double helical gear differential ejection mechanism a push tube,combined with a pushrod and centripetal thrust bearing to make tooth cavity rotating,which has effectively solved the interference problems caused by two helical gears cavity inconsistent direction of rotation or their rotation speed difference.
