【摘要】 目的分析入组治疗艾滋病感染者/病人(HIV/AIDS)的抗病毒治疗效果及其影响因素。方法通过艾滋病防治基本信息系统,对2005—2015年镇江市开始抗病毒治疗的552例HIV/AIDS患者相关资料进行回顾性分析,评估治疗效果及其影响因素。结果排除无CD4和病毒载量随访检测患者80例,累计入组472例。开始治疗时年龄30～51岁(中位数40岁)。治疗基线CD4值为118.5～328.0/μL(中位数246.5/μL),治疗满1年时CD4值为202.3～466.0(中位数330.5/μL),差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.389,P=0.000),16.5%(78/472)病例CD4值恢复到>500/μL;多因素logistic回归显示,CD4恢复情况和最近一周漏服药是病毒抑制的影响因素。结论镇江市抗病毒治疗取得了较好的治疗效果,建议进一步扩大治疗覆盖面,加强服药依从性教育,提高抗病毒治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of antiretroviral treatment(ART)for HIV/AIDS in Zhenjiang from 2005 to 2015.Methods Information of 552 HIV/AIDS patients received ART from 2005 to 2015 in Zhenjiang were collect from national HIV/AIDS comprehensive information system,which was subjected to retrospective analysis to evaluate treatment efficacy and its influential factors.Results Except for 80 follow-up patients without CD4 or viral load information,a total of 472 HIV/AIDS patients received ART during 2005 and 2015 in Zhenjiang were recruited.The start age of ART was from 30 to 51 years old(median age was 40 years old).The baseline CD4 count was from 118.5 to 328.0 cell/μL(median was 246.5 cell/μL).After 1-year treatment,the median CD4 count reached 202.3-466.0 cell/μL(median was 330.5 cell/μL),which was significantly higher than the baseline(Z=-9.389,P=0.000).16.5%(78/472)patients’ CD4 cells count recovered to the level of>500 cell/μL.Multi-variant logistic regression analysis indicated that treatment miss in last week and CD4 recovery status were major influential factors for ART efficacy.Conclusion The antiviral therapy among HIV/AIDS patients in Zhenjiang had achieved obvious effect.It is recommended to take measures to expand ART coverage and conduct adherence education to improve the ART efficacy.更多还原
