【摘要】 社会化问答平台上积累了大量的知识,成为用户获取知识的重要场所。论文以信息采纳理论为基础,从知识接收者角度出发,设计结构方程模型进行实证研究,探究了信息性影响和规范性影响对知识采纳行为的影响。研究结果表明,信息性影响和规范性影响对于知识采纳都有显著的正向影响,知识质量对于知识采纳的影响最大,时间压力和自我效能对知识采纳起调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social Q&A platform has accumulated a lot of knowledge and become an important place for users to get knowledge. Based on the theory of information adoption, from the perspective of knowledge recipients, this paper conducts an empirical research through structural equation models to explore the impact of informational influence and normative influence on knowledge adoption behavior. The results show that informational and normative influences have significant positive impacts on knowledge adoption, while knowledge quality has the greatest impact on knowledge adoption, and time stress and self-efficacy play a regulatory role in knowledge adoption.更多还原
