钢厂连铸坯工艺性能优化控制仿真

【摘要】 在连铸过程中,铸坯易出现内部偏析、溶质分布不均、等轴晶率不高等质量缺陷。对连铸过程中的结晶器进行工艺控制是优化连铸坯质量的关键。由于结晶器电磁搅拌装置能够通过控制钢液的流动及枝晶间钢液的流动,因此对连铸圆坯结晶器的电磁搅拌进行仿真分析。以某钢厂六流圆方坯连铸机结晶器的电磁搅拌器为研究对象,建立了电磁场与流场耦合的数学模型,根据连铸机实际情况设立边界条件,应用ANSYS软件进行仿真,模拟数值与实测数据进行对比,误差较小,说明上述模型较准确。根据仿真结果可知,磁感应强度和电磁力的分布特征和趋势,电流强度和频率对结晶器内流场的影响。将结晶器电磁搅拌的最佳工艺参数应用于实际生产中,得到最佳的搅拌效果。

【Abstract】 In continuous casting process,it is easy to have internal segregation,uneven distribution of solute and high quality defects. Process control of the mold is the key to optimize the quality of continuous casting. Because the crystallizer electromagnetic stirring device can control the flow of molten steel and the flow of the steel liquid in the dendrite,the electromagnetic stirring of the mould of continuous casting round billet is simulated and analyzed. The research object is six flow round billet caster in a steel factory mold electromagnetic stirrer,the mathematical model of electromagnetic field coupled with flow field is established,and the boundary conditions are set up based on the actual situation of continuous casting machine,then it is simulated by ANSYS software. Since the error is small that the simulation value compared with the measured data,so the mathematical model is relatively accurate. According to the simulation results,it is known that the distribution characteristics and trend of magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force,current intensity and frequency. The optimum process parameters of the crystallizer electromagnetic stirring are applied to manufacture,and the optimization results are obvious.
