缓速器试验台电机控制系统的仿真及优化

【摘要】 异步电机作为工业生产领域重要的工业设备,其运行效率的问题随着近几年环境问题的日益严峻受到广泛重视。针对这一问题,以缓速器实验台的电机控制系统为研究对象,使用了Matlab中的Simulilnk模块建立异步电机损耗模型,并在异步电机矢量控制的基础上,建立了基于损耗模型的异步电机效率优化控制的仿真模型,最终实现了基于损耗模型的异步电机效率优化控制。实验结果表明,所使用的效率优化算法响应迅速,应对负载转矩的突变虽然略有波动,但是很快就能重新稳定。仿真为今后将电机控制系统应用在缓速器试验台上提供了理论支持和参考。

【Abstract】 Asynchronous motor is an important industrial equipment in industrial production. With the increasingly serious environment problems,its operational efficiency attracts public attention. In this paper,the motor control system of the retarder test bed was used as the research object,the Simulilnk module in Matlab was used to establish the asynchronous motor loss model. Based on the asynchronous motor vector control,this paper established the simulation model of asynchronous motor efficiency optimization algorithm,and finally realized the optimization control of asynchronous motor efficiency based on loss model. The experimental results show that the efficiency optimization algorithm used in this paper is responsive,and the sudden change of load torque can be re-stabilized. The simulation experiment provides a theoretical support and reference for the future application of the motor control system in the retarder test bed.
