虚拟手术中心脏显示真实感仿真研究

【摘要】 研究虚拟手术系统中心脏显示真实感的问题。在以往研究中,多数研究集中于确定到达观察者眼中的反射光强度,由于只考虑到达心脏表面的入射光和表面法向而对其次表面散射影响欠缺考虑,导致显示真实感不足的问题。为解决心脏显示缺乏次表面散射的问题,提出了一种基于次表面散射算法的显示真实感仿真方法来进行研究。通过构建心脏软组织结构物理模型并进行光照分解计算,提高心脏显示的真实感。针对心脏次表面的复杂光照计算,在能量守恒的基础上提出一种改进的辐射度积分算法来进行绘制,并结合延迟着色的思想,提高仿真的实时性。实验结果表明,心脏显示真实感方法能够很好地体现出次表面散射光对心脏显示真实感的影响,对虚拟手术系统的真实感提升具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the heart display realism in virtual operation system was studied. In previous research achievements,the majority focused on determining the intensity of reflected light reaching the eyes of the observer.Since only the incident light and the surface normal of the surface of the heart were considered,there was a lack of consideration for the influence of the subsurface scattering,resulting in a problem of insufficient realism. In order to solve the problem of lacking sub-surface scattering in the heart display,a realistic display simulation method based on subsurface scattering method was proposed to study the heart display reality. By building the physical model of the soft tissue structure of the heart and performing the light decomposition calculation,the sense of reality in heart display was improved. Based on the complex illumination calculation of the subsurface of the heart,an improved radiance integration algorithm was proposed on the basis of energy conservation,and the real-time performance of the simulation was improved by combining the idea of delaying coloring. The experimental results show that this method can well reflect the impact of subsurface scattering on the heart display realism and has an important meaning for enhancing the reality of virtual surgery system.
