单箱多室变截面连续宽箱梁桥梁格模型研究
Research on Grillage Model of Continuous Single-Box Multi-Cell Broad Box Girder Bridge with Variable Cross-Section
【摘要】 采用剪力柔性梁格理论对某单箱多室变截面连续宽箱梁桥进行建模计算,具体介绍纵向梁格两种切分方式及切分后各截面特性参数的修正方法。运用Midas/Civil按两种切分方式分别建立增设虚拟横梁的剪力柔性梁格模型,同时用Midas/FEA建立实体模型。通过对梁格模型、实体模型计算结果与荷载试验实测数据对比分析,总结单箱多室变截面连续宽箱梁桥梁格建模时需要考虑的因素,并验证虚拟横梁刚度取值的正确性,结果表明梁格法简单易行,计算精度较高,能够满足工程要求。分析了桥面结构、普通钢筋和预应力筋对箱梁整体刚度的影响,给出梁格模型的修正方法和建议,使之更加真实可靠地反映桥梁整体状况。
【Abstract】 We adopted shear-flexible grillage theory to model and calculate a certain continuous single-box multi-cell broad box girder bridge with variable cross-section in the paper,then specifically introduced two segmentation ways of longitudinal grillage and correction method for the characteristic parameters of each section after segmentation. According to two different segmentation ways,the additional virtual transverse beam’s grillage models were created respectively by utilizing Midas/Civil,and meanwhile solid model was created by Midas/FEA. The results of grillage model and the solid model were compared and analyzed with the field test data measured in load test,then the factors that need to be considered in the grillage modeling of continuous single-box multi-cell broad box girder bridge with variable cross-section were summarized,which verified the accuracy of the virtual transverse beam stiffness. The results indicate that the grillage method workes easily,and the calculating precision is high and can meet the requirements of general engineering. Furthermore,the paper focused on the analysis of bridge deck structure,common reinforced and prestressed reinforcement overall impact on continuous single-box multi-cell broad box girder bridge with variable cross-section,gave corrective methods and suggestions of the grillage model,and is able to reflect a more true and dependable overall state of the bridge.
