工业生产控制设备综合布线合理性设计仿真

【摘要】 对工业生产控制设备布线进行设计,能够有效提高工业生产控制设备性能。对综合布线合理性的设计,需要计算合理性指标的模糊主观向量,确定控制设备综合布线设计权重,完成对控制设备综合布线的合理设计。传统方法利用贝叶斯网络评估方法,对设备风险发生概率进行计算,但忽略了对布线设计权重的获取,导致设备综合布线设计效果不理想。提出基于模糊层次分析的工业生产控制设备综合布线合理性设计方法,通过构建评估专家的模糊判断矩阵,对合理性设计指标进行两两相对重要性判断,建立合理性设计矩阵,通过对计算合理性设计指标的模糊主观权重向量,确定工业生产控制设备综合布线合理性设计的主观权重,建立工业生产控制设备综合布线合理性设计模型。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确对综合布线后工业生产控制设备性能进行评估,评估的效果较好。

【Abstract】 Traditionally,Bayesian network evaluation method is used to calculate the probability of equipment risk,but the weight of wiring design is ignored,which results in the unideal effect. In this paper,we focus on a method of rationality design of integrated wiring in industrial production control equipment based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Through the fuzzy judgment matrix of evaluation experts,we judge the relative materiality of rational design index,and establish the matrix of rationality design. Through the calculation of fuzzy subjective weight vector of rationality design index,we determine the subjective weight of rationality design of integrated wiring in industrial production control equipment. Thus,we build the model of rationality design of integrated wiring in industrial production control equipment. Experimental results prove that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the performance of control equipment in industrial production after the integrated wiring,which has good effect of evaluation.
