基于PHM的机载设备健康管理系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 机载设备健康管理是对飞机上主要设备的健康状态进行全面管理的一种过程。为了实现机载设备的健康管理,基于开放式PHM架构,分析了机载设备健康管理系统的主要功能以及设备健康管理流程,完成了机载设备健康管理系统的功能模块设计,主要包括数据采集与处理、状态监测、健康管理、故障预测和寿命预测、维修管理、辅助功能等功能模块。该系统是机载PHM架构的软件实现,能够帮助用户完成主要机载设备的健康管理及寿命预测。

【Abstract】 The health management of airborne equipment is a process of comprehensive management of the health status of the main equipment on the aircraft. In order to realize the health management of airborne equipment, based on the open PHM architecture, the main functions of the airborne equipment health management system and the equipment health management process are analyzed, and the functional modules of the airborne equipment health management system are designed, including data acquisition and processing, condition monitoring, health management, fault prediction and life prediction, maintenance management,auxiliary functions and other functional modules. The system is a software implementation of airborne PHM architecture, which can help users complete the health management and life prediction of the main airborne equipment.
