【摘要】 文章通过查阅近年来国内外科技评价的相关信息,基于文献的分析,解读与综述了科技评价方法及应用情况。相关资料表明,近几十年来,国内外科技评价工作发展迅猛,评价方法不断更新,许多国家采用同行评议法和定性与定量相结合的方法。对比发达国家,我国的科技评价体系还不健全,科技评价的方法需要不断改进与完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature analysis about the relevant information of scientific and technological evaluation at home and abroad, this paper interpreted and reviewed the method of scientific and technological evaluation and its application. Relevant data showed that, in recent several decades years, the development of science and technology evaluation was very rapid, and evaluation methods were constantly updated. Many countries adopted the method of peer review and the method combining qualitative and quantitative. Comparing to developed countries, the scientific and technological evaluation system in China was still unsound, which needed to be continuously improved and perfected.更多还原
