地铁车辆辅助变流器柜随机振动疲劳分析
Random vibration fatigue analysis on auxiliary converter cabinet on metro vehicle
【摘要】 以某新型辅助变流器柜为研究对象,利用Hyper Mesh建立有限元模型,分别采用IEC61373—1999标准和IEC 61373—2010标准中的加速度谱密度(acceleration spectral density,ASD)作为激励,基于频域法分析辅助变流器柜在随机振动载荷作用下的响应,得到结构的von Mises应力分布。根据Miner线性疲劳累计损伤理论和高斯三区间法,估算随机振动载荷作用下辅助变流器柜的疲劳寿命。结果表明:IEC 61373—2010标准比IEC 61373—1999标准保守,从安全性上考虑,建议按照IEC 61373—1999标准对辅助变流器柜进行疲劳寿命分析。
【Abstract】 Taking a new auxiliary converter cabinet as the research object and a finite element model is built by Hyper Mesh. Acceleration spectral density( ASD) from the IEC 61373—1999 standard and the IEC 61373—2010 standard are used as excitation. The response of auxiliary converter cabinet under random vibration load is analyzed based on frequency domain method,and von Mises stress distribution of the structure is obtained. According to Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory and Gaussian three interval method,the fatigue life of auxiliary converter cabinet under random vibration load is estimated.The results show that the IEC 61373—2010 standard is more conservative than the IEC 61373—1999 standard. It is recommended to analyze the fatigue life of auxiliary converter cabinet according to the IEC61373—1999 standard with the consideration of safety.
