【摘要】 报道1例卵形疟原虫感染病例,并分析其流行病学意义,为临床诊治提供参考资料。用疟原虫快速诊断试剂盒(RDT)检测病人血样,用姬氏染色显微镜检查外周血卵形疟原虫滋养体,用巢式PCR对虫种分型,上述3种方法检测结果均为卵形疟原虫,结合患者病史及出入境史最终确诊为输入性卵形疟原虫感染。卵形疟既有再燃又有复发,分析其流行病学资料对防治本病具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of Plasmodium ovale infection was reported with epidemiological investigations. The case was confirmed by a rapid diagnostic kit for blood samples,observation of stained trophozoite under microscope and nested PCR genotyping techniques. The positive results of the above three methods suggested that the malaria case was confirmed as P. ovale infection combined with the immigration history of the patient. The imported case alarms the great significance of prevention and treatment of malaria.更多还原
