【Abstract】 Clinically, acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT) has been a common disease, which often leads to the occurrence of pulmonary embolism and post-thrombotic syndrome. At present, rapid and effective removal of thrombus on the basis of anticoagulant therapy is the main treatment.Endovascular thrombus clearance techniques include mainly catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT), ultrasoundaccelerated thrombolysis( UAT), pharmacomechanical combination thrombectomy( PMT), mechanical thrombectomy(MT), etc. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review on the recent advances in endovascular thrombus clearance techniques for the treatment of LEDVT.更多还原
