【摘要】 2016年8月31日,中国人民银行等七部委联合印发《关于构建绿色金融体系的指导意见》,标志着中国建立起比较完整的绿色金融政策体系。我国绿色金融发展较快,构建绿色金融统计制度的必要性日益凸显。本文在梳理总结国内外绿色金融统计制度实践进展的基础上,从绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色基金、绿色股票和绿色保险五个维度提出绿色金融统计制度的构建设计,进而提出推动绿色金融统计制度落地实施的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On August 31,2016,the People’s Bank of China and other six ministries jointly issued Guidance on Building a Green Financial System, indicating the establishment of a relatively complete green financial policy system in China Green finance has developed rapidly, which makes the necessity of constructing the green financial statistical system increasingly prominent. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign practice of the green financial statistical system, this paper puts forward the construction design of the green financial statistical system from five dimensions of green credit, green bond, green fund, green stock and green insurance, and then puts forward policy recommendations to promote the implementation of the green financial statistical system.更多还原
