【摘要】 目的探讨汉防己甲素(Tetrandrine,Tet)联合来氟米特(Leflunomide,LEF)对类风湿关节炎(rheumatiod arthritis,RA)的临床疗效。方法选取类风湿关节炎患者60例,随机分为来氟米特组和汉防己甲素+来氟米特组,各30例。分别于第0、4、12周比较两组患者的临床症状,DAS28评分,并检测血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸抗体(CCP)。结果两组治疗12周后,临床症状、DAS28评分、ESR、CRP较治疗前均有下降,且汉防己甲素+来氟米特组较来氟米特组下降更明显。结论汉防己甲素联合来氟米特优于来氟米特单药治疗类风湿关节炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tetrandrine(Tet)combined with Leflunomide(LEF)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients.Methods Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into Leflunomide group and Tetrandrine+Leflunomide group.The clinical symptoms,ESR,C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),anti-cyclic citrulline antibody(CCP)and DAS28 scores were determined at the 0th,4th and 12th week respectively.Results 12 weeks after treatment,the clinical symptoms,DAS28 score,ESR and CRP values were decreased in Leflunomide group and Tetrandrine+Leflunomide group compared to pretreatment,with much better in Tetrandrine+Leflunomide group than in Leflunomide group.Conclusion Tetrandrine combined with Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is superior to Leflunomide alone.更多还原
