【摘要】 目的检测ataxin-3在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测ataxin-3在各组卵巢浆液性肿瘤中表达情况。结果ataxin-3在卵巢低级别浆液性囊腺癌中表达水平明显高于卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、高级别浆液性囊腺癌中的表达水平,但后三者之间无明显差异(P>0.05),ataxin-3表达与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的分化程度呈负相关,与其它临床病理因素均不存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论ataxin-3可能参与卵巢低级别浆液性囊腺癌的发生机制,可能成为其早期诊断指标和治疗靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ataxin-3 in human ovarian serous tumors.Methods The expression of ataxin-3 protein in human ovarian serous tumors was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression level of ataxin-3 was higher in low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma(LGSOC)than in ovarian serous carcinoma,borderline cystadenoma and benign cystadenoma(P<0.05),but with no significant difference among latter three tumors(P>0.05).Ataxin-3 expression is negatively related to the differentiation of ovarian serous carcinoma,but not related to other clinicopathologic features(P>0.05).Conclusion Ataxin-3 protein might be involved in pathogenesis of LGSOC,a marker for early diagnosis and therapy target of LGSOC.更多还原
