某开放式热管系统设计及最优参数选择
System Design and Optimal Parameter Selection of an Open Heat Pipe
【摘要】 某特殊元器件长度较长且对工作要求限制较多,为了满足该器件的散热要求并保证器件工作的安全性与稳定性,研究设计了一种以开放式热管为核心的散热系统,并最终确定了系统主要模块的最佳工况参数。该系统的制冷工质选择制冷剂R134a,分别考察了节流后压力和质量流量对管道入口处含气率、管道出口处含气率、管内压降以及管内对流换热系数等的影响,最终得到节流后压力6. 6×105Pa、质量流量0. 028 kg/s时为最佳运行工况,散热量可以满足该器件2. 66kW的散热要求。在满足各限制条件的前提下,通过进一步计算可知当节流后压力为6. 6×105Pa、质量流量为0. 025 kg/s时,该系统最大散热量为3. 23 k W。
【Abstract】 A special component has a long length and a large number of work requirements. In order to satisfy the heat dissipation requirements of the device and ensure the safety and stability of the device work,finally,the optimal operating parameters of the main modules of the system were determined. The refrigerant of the system selects the refrigerant R134 a,and then examines the influence of pressure and mass flow after throttling on the gas content at the inlet of the pipeline,the gas content at the outlet of the pipeline,the pressure drop in the pipe,and the coefficient of convection heat transfer in the pipe. The best operating conditions are the pressure after throttling and the mass flow of 0. 028 kg/s after the pressure is 6. 6 × 105 Pa. The heat dissipation can meet the heat dissipation requirement of 3. 5 k W of the device. Under the premise of satisfying each restriction condition,through further calculation,it can be seen that when the pressure is 6. 6 × 105 Pa after throttling and the mass flow rate is 0. 025 kg/s,the maximum heat dissipation of the system is 3. 23 kW.
